All Event participants and attendees are required to abide by the following code of conduct. Failure to comply with this code of conduct may result in the individual’s expulsion from the Event without refund.
1. Respectful Behavior: Treat all individuals with courtesy, respect, and consideration. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of offensive behavior based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic will not be tolerated.
2. Safety: Maintain a safe environment for all participants and attendees. Any behavior that creates a risk of harm to oneself or others will not be permitted.
3. Compliance with Laws and Policies: Abide by all applicable laws, venue policies, and Event rules throughout the duration of the Event.
4. Professionalism: Conduct oneself in a professional manner, respecting the opinions, views, and experiences of others, even in cases of disagreement.
5. Reporting Violations: Any individual who experiences or witnesses behavior that violates this code of conduct is encouraged to report it to event organizers immediately.
